	MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION The Capital Area Genealogical Society was formed in 1982 to foster genealogical research in Dauphin and Cumberland Counties in Pennsylvania. Membership dues are $15.00 annually for both individual and family memberships.  New members are always welcome. In addition to monthly meetings, other activities of a historical and genealogical nature are planned throughout the year. The Society welcomes all who have an interest in genealogy and family history no matter if they are new or seasoned reseachers.
