I am searching for possible family roots. To my knowledge, I am the last surviving family member and I remain unmarried. My grandfather, John Joseph Swiadek was born and raised in Lykens, Pennsylvania. He was one of 7 siblings. Their names were: Anthony Jr., Mary, Josephine, Verna, Catherine, and Stanley. My grandfather’s parents were Anton and Agnes. I believe that Verna became a nun. Although I live in Florida, in September I will be in the general area for a school reunion in New York state. I am hoping to find descendants of my grandfather’s siblings and perhaps correspond with them. If any of them live in the area, perhaps we can meet during my September visit. I would be most grateful for any assistance, related information or advice that you can provide. Thanks.
